Join MetaMovements for an inspiring dance intensive, in collaboration with our friends at CubaDanza and ViaDanza! Study with renowned master instructors in a variety of traditional and contemporary Cuban styles, and expand your knowledge of the techniques, including their history and musicality. Our Dance Intensive has been developed by dancers for dancers who:

• are excited about kicking off the new year with a jump-start to your dance and conditioning goals, alongside a group of dedicated dancers who share your same passion!

Over the past few years, as internet connectivity on the island has increased, many dancers in the US have fallen in love with Cuban training techniques. At the same time, dancers in Cuba have been inspired by the innovations of dancers in the US. Now is your chance to join a growing group of dance-lovers who feel a deep connection to Cuban movement and music and are ready to start the year off with an invigorating shared experience!​​ By the end of the intensive you will feel stronger, more powerful, and more connected to Cuban music and rhythms than ever before!

We are adding the Adventure option to our Dance Intensive so that friends, family and partners can travel together!  Some want to dance all day while others want to explore other aspects of Cuban culture— this way you can choose the focus of your programming, and enjoy time with travel companions who may have different interests.
